Moving Toward Steadiness
In Chinese Medicine the wood element relates to Spring – a time of year associated with new growth and potential. This workshop will explore ways to align with the wood element and the invigorating energy of Spring.
Includes active movement practices from both Yoga and Qigong which help cultivate a sense of steadiness and work with the idea that when we feel centred and rooted in our physical bodies we have more resources to meet the unpredictability of life with skill and patience. Also a guided relaxation and a talk on Chinese Five Element Theory.
